Senior Program Manager

Job Description

Excellent mix of both retain solutioning ability and delivery
Past hands-on experience or exposure to Java, Oracle, PL/SQL, Python, or React
Past hands-on experience or exposure to Kafka, MongoDB, and modern integration patterns
Past hands-on experience or exposure to Azure/GCP, Vertex AI, or comparable cloud and ML platforms
ITIL-based service management background

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Utilize agile methodology to manage projects, facilitate scrum meetings, and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issue, and implement mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams to enhance performance and meet project milestones
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status to senior management
• Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the project teams
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, metrics and compliance requirements in project execution
• Continuously assess and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and delivery quality
• Able to run project level customer cadences and team reviews regularly with delivery best practices

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in program management with a focus on delivering complex projects
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in agile methodology and frameworks (scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting
• Able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: 144,000k - 212,000k
