Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Manage initiatives such as: New product introductions and operational readiness, Manufacturing site consolidation and optimization, ERP system conversion and integration, Enterprise simplification and process harmonization, Inventory reduction and working capital improvement
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership
• Team Enablement & Coaching
• Train and mentor global operations team members on:
• Project charter creation and scope definition
• Prioritization techniques and portfolio management
• Project management methodologies and tools
• Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
• Build internal capabilities to scale project execution across the enterprise

Qualifications

• Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Capabilities/Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in program management within manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments, Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives, Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and digital operations tools, Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, Experience in coaching and developing cross-functional teams, PMP or equivalent certification preferred, Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
