Job Summary This engagement supports a US Banking Technology organization undertaking strategic technology transformation, with two Senior Program Manager roles focused on distinct but complementary workstreams. The first role centers on creating a workforce strategy around a 3-year plan for the US Banking Technology organization — defining what roles will be executed in India, what roles in software engineering will shift toward AI, and how the overall talent model will evolve. The second role focuses on integrated planning — building a cohesive roadmap, exercising influence and judgment, working with cross-functional teams, and driving a strategic roadmap for a senior executive audience. Both roles operate at the intersection of significant Business initiatives (growing deposits) and Technology initiatives (modernizing core banking platforms), where dependencies are complex and incremental value delivery is paramount. The ideal candidate has historically served as a Technical Program Manager at organizations such as Amazon, Google, or Meta, with financial services experience as a secondary consideration, and must have led modernization or transformational projects such as moving to cloud-native architectures, replatforming, or adopting AI-native tech stacks.
