Senior Program Manager
About the Role
Lead large-scale, fast-paced change engagements, getting up to speed on complex change immediately. Manage and maintain effective cross-functional relationships across large projects including Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Compliance. Deliver successful change against defined benefits while managing project budgets and resource assignments to ensure adherence. Hold project team members accountable for completing tasks to a high standard efficiently.
Contribute to divisional revenue, EBITDA, and forecasting objectives. Make timely, informed decisions and communicate rationale with factual accuracy and clarity to stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with colleagues throughout Globalpayments, demonstrating technical competence in assigned delivery areas. Actively pursue opportunities to develop expertise, drive innovation, and apply best practices to advance business goals. Seek continuous improvement to grow the business, add value, and maximize profit. Understand and adhere to Worldpay policies, procedures, and governing laws and regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in the assigned practice area and related business
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and related practice specialty

Pay
For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $157,800.00–$238,275.00. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. Changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
