GDIT is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a mission-critical satellite ground system engineering, development, integration, and sustainment program for the U.S. Space Force in Albuquerque, NM.

Your role will focus on optimizing organizational efficiencies, driving performance management, and ensuring continual service improvement and innovation across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling, resourcing, asset inventory, risk, and performance quality to drive organizational efficiencies.
- Ensure customer outcomes are achieved while addressing opportunities to increase quality, reduce cost, and minimize risk.
- Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits.
- Ensure safety and security of personnel and government property.
- Maintain a Communications and Stakeholder Engagement plan.
- Coordinate with key customer stakeholders to fully understand requirements, expected outcomes, and areas of concern.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of increasing leadership experience managing progressively larger and more complex DoD contracts up to $200M, or retired Military Leader (ML) having held a Branch Chief position managing a $200M budget and associated contracts.
- Experience managing high op-tempo mission sustainment programs with system engineering, system integration, operations, and logistics support functions.
- Experience with National Space Enterprise customers is a plus.
- Experience implementing model-based system engineering practices and cloud-based Command and Control software systems is a plus.
- Active PMP and ITIL 4 certifications highly desired.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- U.S. citizenship required.

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
