Senior Program Manager

About the role

The Senior Program Manager will lead the deployment of new software releases across multiple platforms and environments. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in software deployment, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of deployments to ensure timely and successful releases.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and other stakeholders to define and implement deployment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software deployment and project management.
• Experience leading large-scale deployments across multiple environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful deployments.
• Experience with deployment tools and automation scripts.
• Knowledge of cloud-based deployment platforms.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
