Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and manage all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and interrelated project tasks.
• Manage and maintain interface with senior levels of Customer organizations.
• Consult with Customers to formulate and review plans and deliverables ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules, costs and contractual obligations.
• Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and Customers.
• Collaborate with CACI management and staff while overseeing the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
• Take initiative in identifying and acquiring potential business.
• Provide direction of program activities.
• Keep both Customer and CACI management abreast of issues, risks, and accomplishments.
• Interface with various levels of program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with a polygraph within the past 5 years.
• Ten (10) years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience serving as a point of contact to a government client.
• Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership position.

Pay

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is $131,800 - $290,000. CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
