Senior Program Manager

Pay Rate: $90-$100/hour Duration: 3 Months Summary Location: Oakland, CA - 100% Remote Position with Minimum travelOpen to local and non-local candidates, preference for those in the company service territory Responsibilities Develop a standardized governance readiness and project quality review processEstablish review methodologies, governance procedures, scoring criteria, and evaluation reporting standardsPerform independent reviews of project and program documentationValidate and enhance the Project Controls Documentation Review ChecklistConduct readiness reviews prior to governance review board submissionsPrepare quality assessment summaries and findings for leadership Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experienceMinimum 8 years of related experienceAdvanced knowledge of Project or Program ManagementPMI CertificationExperience reviewing project controls deliverables and governance documentationAbility to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management Preferred Skills Experience with Board-level or executive-level capital project governanceExpert knowledge of project controls disciplines, including scheduling, cost management, risk management, and moreExperience performing project health assessments, audits, and quality assurance reviewsUtility industry experience strongly preferred
