About the role

The Senior Program Manager will oversee and coordinate large-scale programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing program strategies that align with business goals
• Managing project portfolios and overseeing a team of project managers and support staff
• Promoting professional development through coaching, performance management, and training
• Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering detailed reports
• Managing program budgets and ensuring financial accountability
• Performing cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment
• Ensuring program outputs meet quality standards
• Implementing continuous improvement practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a related industry
• Expertise in strategic planning and business analysis
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects or programs
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications preferred
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Basecamp)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Expertise in industry-specific tools and technologies related to project and program management
• Outstanding leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a related industry
• Skills: Expert knowledge of project and program management principles, methodologies, and tools; strategic planning and business analysis; proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects or programs; PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications preferred; proficiency in project management software; strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting processes; expertise in industry-specific tools and technologies related to project and program management; outstanding leadership and organizational abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
