Senior Program Manager

About the role

As a Program Manager in our outpatient setting, you'll work with higher functioning residents in assisted living and independent living communities. This role combines direct patient care with leadership development, serving as the "go to person" for customers, residents, and staff while improving the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling
• Serve as liaison for the Area Manager
• Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff
• Lead the team and maintain customer focus

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
