About the role

The Senior Program Manager will drive operational plans, long-term strategy, high-volume events planning (Peak / Prime Week), and PMO workstreams in close partnership with cross-functional teams. This role involves leading strategic reviews such as OP1, Quarterly, and Monthly Business Reviews with senior leaders, establishing program management frameworks, identifying critical paths, driving accountability, and resolving bottlenecks.

The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with business stakeholders and Business Intelligence Engineers to build metrics measuring performance across AMZL and other NA Operations business units. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who leverages program management, business analytics, and communication skills to drive high-impact programs.

As part of the North America AMZL Supply Chain org, you will partner with teams such as AMZL Network Operations, NACF Operations, NA ATS Operations, Last Mile Tech, Finance, Safety, Fleet, and ACES. The role is highly strategic and analytical, involving the creation of strategic documents and influencing senior stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into simple solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive complex cross-team programs at various stages of their lifecycle.
  • Create transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and partner management.
  • Drive programs to deliver goals on time while exceeding quality standards.
  • Manage delivery schedules, emergent tasks, mitigate risks, and eliminate blockers.
  • Participate in and collaborate on strategic planning meetings, surfacing and mitigating risks, driving strategic planning documentation, and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Set and embody strong team culture and standards consistent with Amazon’s leadership principles.
  • Drive alignment with leadership across internal AMZL teams and partner business teams in LMT, Fleet, Safety, ACES, and PXT, among others.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.

Pay

  • USA, TN, Nashville: 104,100.00 - 155,400.00 USD annually
  • USA, TX, Austin: 115,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Bellevue: 115,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
