Senior Program Director
About the role
Lead strategic client relationships and serve as the executive point of contact for complex healthcare programs. Develop long-term account strategies focused on client success, operational excellence, and business growth. Manage the overall financial performance (P&L), budgets, revenue expectations, and profitability of assigned accounts. Build and maintain executive-level relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders. Lead large, cross-functional teams in delivering complex programs aligned with organizational goals. Establish governance frameworks, meeting cadences, and accountability measures to ensure successful program execution. Collaborate with clients to establish project management processes, monitor deliverables, and communicate progress. Drive innovation through new technologies, process improvements, and operational best practices. Lead procurement efforts, support RFP responses, and identify opportunities to expand services. Manage change requests and ensure effective scope management throughout the project lifecycle. Present strategic recommendations and program updates to executive leadership, clients, legislators, and other key stakeholders. Partner across the organization to ensure contractual commitments, revenue objectives, and client expectations are consistently achieved.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
- 5-10+ years of experience managing large client accounts.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
- 2+ years of Medicare and/or Medicaid experience.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Lean and Six Sigma.
- Experience managing budgets, revenue, and P&L.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $170,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
Schedule
Occasional travel (approximately 10%) based on business needs.
