About the role
CBTS is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Director to lead large-scale, strategic programs and portfolios that drive business transformation and customer success. This executive-level leadership role is responsible for translating business and client objectives into executable roadmaps, ensuring successful delivery, financial performance, governance excellence, and stakeholder alignment across complex, multi-workstream initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise program management, portfolio governance, financial oversight, and cross-functional leadership, along with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes.
