Senior Program Control Analyst, F35 Development (Hybrid)
About the role
This role supports F35 Development within the Electronic Combat Systems Business Area. The candidate will be responsible for financial execution and analysis, planning and baseline integrity, internal reporting, Earned Value Management System and Life Cycle Management compliance. The individual will provide financial support, expertise and guidance to the program team including program managers, control account managers and overall program team.
Responsibilities
- Support financial execution and analysis
- Develop an EV compliant baseline positions and external reporting
- Communicate and present financial data accurately, concisely, and understandably to other functions
- Provide financial support, expertise and guidance to the program team
- Rotate into different roles with increasing levels of responsibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of work experience or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree and 2 years of work experience preferred
- Experience developing an EV compliant baseline positions and external reporting
- Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred
- Previous experience in program control
- Experience with Oracle, Cobra, Hyperion (Smartview) and ProPricer
