Senior Program Analyst with Security Clearance

About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Program Analyst to support Navy IT and network initiatives. This position plays a key role in analyzing cost, schedule, and performance data to help leadership make informed, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze project financials, schedules, and resource plans.
• Support acquisition documentation and contract deliverables.
• Develop executive reports and briefings for leadership.
• Identify process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program analysis or acquisition experience.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Experience supporting DoD programs or PMOs preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
