Programmer/Analyst - Senior with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Carry out software releases including bug fixes, Cyber Security/IA requirements, updates to incomplete functionality or directed enhancements.
• Analyze and identify technologies to enhance the SAAS application and database, leveraging Agile SAFe 6.0 or similar methodologies.
• Conduct the analysis of high-level requirements and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Support requirements management by creating an SAFe Agile roadmap and maintaining a requirements traceability management process.
• Create/update documentation using SAFe Agile design thinking, such as journey maps and story boards.
• Assess and document the impact of new functional requirements on the existing design.
• Maintain the existing software code base.
• Handle problem reports and change requests, updating or developing new software capabilities as directed by the Product Owner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science AND 5 years' combined programming experience with C#, Visual Studio with ASP.NET (Full Stack), Java, Telerik. TIPS SDK, T-SQL, SQL Server RDBMS.
• OR 10 years' programming experience for the above-mentioned tool sets.
• Requires IT-II and IAT Level I Certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Secret Clearance.
