About the role
SMX is seeking a broadly experienced, mentally agile, and highly adaptable Program Analyst for the Sentinel Product Office. This role requires skills in operations management and the government acquisitions process.
Responsibilities
- Maintains comprehensive situational awareness across contract activities, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned on mission deliverables through meticulous tracking of cost, schedule, performance, modifications, and funding within project scope
- Facilitates collaboration and organizational alignment through knowledge management across functional areas
- Prepares operational briefings, charts, and other products to maintain synchronization between the Product and Project Offices
- Maintains products to assist leadership with situational awareness, including calendars, schedules, and recurring reports
- Attends and provides relevant input to integrated and operational planning teams as a representative of the Product Office
- Performs all other duties as required
Requirements
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10-15 years experience in operations management, government acquisitions, and DoW-related work
Qualifications
- Expertise with MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of risk mitigation methodologies
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
Skills
- Expertise with SharePoint platform architecture
- Expertise with Power BI automation of business processes
- Expertise with MS Teams platform architecture
- Familiarity with ASA(ALT) Live

The proposed salary for this position is: $95,000 USD - $135,000 USD
