Senior Professional Services Engineer - West

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready the company implementations alongside customer tech teams
• Teach production-safe workflow patterns and operational standards
• Proactively identify and resolve potential activation blockers
• Assist in setting up and managing the company Server in production environments
• Define operational guidelines for deployment, scaling, and failure management
• Establish observability metrics and alert systems for workflow reliability
• Create documentation and templates to enhance delivery processes
• Lead training sessions to empower customers and partners in safe operations

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in delivering and operating reliable production systems
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and operational safety
• Hands-on coding skills in languages like Go, Java, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience in deploying services in cloud or self-hosted environments
• Ability to create and communicate operational standards and runbooks
• Strong customer interaction skills during high-stakes situations
• Proficiency in debugging and handling ambiguous real-world tech challenges

Pay

$160,000 – $200,000 annually
