About the role

Responsible for managing customer interactions through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels
  • Develop and execute customer service strategies
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve services
  • Train and support agents in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in customer service
  • Experience with customer relationship management software

$70,000 - $80,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
