Senior Production Support Engineer - Java/.NET

About the Role

Artmac Soft is a technology consulting and service-oriented IT company dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions and services to customers. We are seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer with expertise in Java and/or .NET to provide L2/L3 production support for critical enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for critical enterprise applications.
• Monitor applications and proactively identify production issues.
• Troubleshoot Java/.NET, SQL, API, Linux, and integration-related issues.
• Analyze application, server, and transaction logs to identify root causes.
• Respond to production incidents and restore services within defined SLAs.
• Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major and recurring incidents.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.
• Work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Database, and DevOps teams.
• Support application releases, deployments, patches, and production changes.
• Create and maintain incident, problem, and knowledge-management documentation.
• Participate in on-call and production support activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with production support processes and operational standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Application Production Support / Application Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or .NET applications.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Good experience with Linux/Unix command-line utilities.
• Experience troubleshooting REST APIs, web services, and application integrations.
• Strong knowledge of log analysis and application monitoring.
• Experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, and RCA.
• ITIL certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
