Senior Production Planning Data Analyst (Relocation Available)
Position Summary
This position supports production planning, scheduling, and supply chain analysis across plant operations. The role focuses on analyzing production and supply chain data, improving planning accuracy, and supporting scheduling decisions to drive operational performance. The position partners closely with production, procurement, and inventory teams to improve efficiency, strengthen planning processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze production and supply chain data to support planning, scheduling, and operational improvements
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Partner with production, procurement, and inventory teams to align planning activities
- Support capacity planning, forecasting, and demand analysis
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Ensure data accuracy across ERP, MRP, and planning systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within production planning processes
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or supply chain analytics
- Strong Excel skills and experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Experience working with ERP or MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work cross-functionally in a plant-based environment
Work Environment
- Daily interaction with plant operations and production teams
- Environment may include walking, climbing, and exposure to varying weather conditions
- Requires consistent onsite presence; remote work is not available
