Senior Production Control & Planning Analyst

About the role

This position focuses on manufacturing production planning and control within the BAMG Business Unit at Bridgestone Americas, Inc. The role involves optimizing resource usage, meeting production schedules, and coordinating with material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads projects or processes of diverse scope, working independently with limited supervision
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals
• Supports and often leads continuous improvement/automation activities
• Uses advanced analytical/technical problem solving to develop new solutions to existing problems/procedures
• Sustains relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Occasionally arrives for work as early as 4:00AM

Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required

• Proven strengths with technology and electronic systems/software

Pay

$82,700.00 - $128,200.00
