- Leverage AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your work, contributing to Teamworks' broader initiative around AI-supported operations
- Maintain account health in Gainsight, flag critical alerts proactively, and develop strategies for renewal and product growth across your portfolio

Deep knowledge of sports nutrition and dietitian workflows at the elite level, including menu planning, supplementation, travel nutrition, and athlete-facing nutrition education is required. Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, from front office executives to coaching staff to medical and nutrition personnel is necessary. Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Product, Engineering, or equivalent technical teams to troubleshoot and build solutions are essential. Hands-on experience with the Teamworks Nutrition product or a comparable platform used in professional or collegiate sports is preferred. Active use of AI tools in day-to-day workflow, with the ability to speak to how that has changed the way you work, is even better. Experience spanning more than one performance domain, for example, a dietitian with a sports science or strength and conditioning background, is even better.
