Senior Product Specialist - Product Operations

Overview

Lutron is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Product Specialist - Product Operations to support the growth and success of our Luxury Shades category at our World Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Luxury Shades portfolio by managing product updates, discontinuations, pricing changes, lead times, and customer communications.
• Cook up launch execution by working with marketing and sales to develop launch plans, collateral, and training materials that ensure successful adoption.
• Gather customer and business insights through engagement with dealers, PROs, and end-users, translating findings into actionable product requirements.
• Support product development efforts by collaborating with engineering and supply chain to ensure alignment on specifications, timelines, and readiness.
• Drive organizational alignment by preparing product one-pagers, managing content updates, and coordinating across teams to reduce friction in customer touchpoints.
• Translate technical details into clear communications for customers, sales teams, and business stakeholders.
• Measure and track product success against key business metrics, supporting reporting and analysis to inform portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, design or related technical field; OR a bachelor’s degree in a non-technical field with related professional experience.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, product operations, product support, or a related cross-functional role.
• Experience working with engineered products, building products, shading systems, lighting controls, smart home technology, or other technical product categories preferred.
• Willingness to be onsite in Coopersburg, PA, with occasional travel (
