About the role

The Senior Product Solutions Manager, Employer & Partner Solutions at Headspace is responsible for owning the onboarding and growth strategy for our Employer and B2B Partner solutions. This role focuses on the "Day 1 to Day N" experience of our corporate clients and our ecosystem of strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for Employer and Partner-facing solutions, focusing on activation, engagement, and retention of diverse enterprise and partner-driven populations.

  • Strategically own the integration framework for our third-party B2B partners (e.g., wellness platforms, benefits aggregators), ensuring our solution remains the preferred mental health integration in the market.

  • Define and build the self-service capabilities that allow employers to launch Headspace quickly, reducing the implementation burden on internal teams.

  • Manage the B2B Admin Portal experience, ensuring clients can easily manage eligibility, view usage trends, and derive actionable insights about their workforce.

  • Develop solutions that drive member awareness within the workplace, such as automated email triggers, internal communications tools, and employee-facing promotional assets.

  • Provide product and technical expertise to the Sales and Customer Success teams, creating the documentation needed to demonstrate value during sales and renewal cycles.

  • Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities within the Employer & Partner solutions space to streamline partner onboarding, data processing, and support workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Program Management, or Sales Engineering, with a focus on B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or employee benefits/wellness platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience in shipping and managing client-facing dashboards, configuration systems, or third-party integrations (APIs/SSO).

  • Strong systems thinking: ability to design scalable, reusable onboarding frameworks that work across thousands of distinct employer clients and diverse partner types.

  • Ability to balance the feature requests of enterprise clients with the long-term health and scalability of the core platform.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills; comfortable partnering with commercial teams to drive product adoption.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, B2B2C, or regulated environments.

  • Familiarity with eligibility systems, data integrations, or interoperability (e.g., HIEs, payer systems).

  • Experience supporting B2B or enterprise onboarding workflows.

  • Exposure to admin tools, configuration systems, or platform UX.

  • Passion for mental health and Headspace’s mission.

Location

This role is open to candidates across the US, with preferred locations in San Francisco, CA (hybrid), New York City, NY (remote), and Seattle, WA (remote).

Pay & Benefits

The anticipated new hire base salary range for this full-time position is $122,400-$170,000 + equity + benefits. For candidates based in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle, a separate salary range of $156,400.00-$190,000 applies, consistent with our location-based compensation philosophy.

Our salary ranges are based on the job, level, and location, and reflect the lowest to highest geographic markets where we are hiring for this role within the United States. Within this range, individual compensation is determined by a candidate’s location as well as a range of factors including but not limited to: unique relevant experience, job-related skills, and education or training.
