The Senior Product Pricing Manager will join the Global Pricing Organization, reporting to the Head of Product Pricing. The team structures what Celonis sells, how it’s sold, and at what price—spanning pricing strategy, analysis, and operations—while providing ad-hoc deal support.

About the role

As a Senior Pricing Manager, you’ll build the pricing model for Celonis products and solutions, collaborating with GTM, Analytics, Engineering, and Finance teams to develop and test pricing strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking (analytical prowess, data-driven decision-making, creativity, and business acumen) and execution (conviction, ownership, and the ability to turn insights into action). The successful candidate will be based in NYC with a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days/week on-site).

Responsibilities

  • Drive highly visible projects cross-functionally with leaders in GTM, Marketing, Product & Engineering, Finance, and Operations to craft new business models, assess revenue opportunities, and optimize pricing and packaging for existing products.
  • Lead external research initiatives to gather voice-of-the-customer and market insights, informing pricing strategy aligned with revenue, product adoption, and margin goals.
  • Leverage internal data and collaborate with GTM and operational teams to ensure frictionless execution of pricing strategies.
  • Lead the rollout of pricing changes internally and externally, including creating pricing assets, enabling teams, and configuring CPQ/quoting tools.
  • Contribute to win/loss and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing, delivering, and implementing pricing strategies in the enterprise SaaS industry.
  • Solid experience in data modeling, statistics, and causal inference, with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable models and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of value-based pricing methodologies.
  • Project management experience.
  • Background in customer research and interview techniques.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) for productivity and analysis.
  • Master’s degree in Economics or related fields (e.g., Marketing, Pricing, Statistics).

Pay

The base salary range for this role in New York is $153,000–$185,000 USD (full-time). Total compensation includes base salary, bonus/commission, equity, and benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, paid time off). The final offer will consider qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
