Gotransverse is excited to offer a hybrid model with the expectation of working in our Downtown Austin office 2–3 days a week, depending on the role. This flexible hybrid approach gives team members the best of both worlds: focus time along with in-person collaboration that fosters trust and unlocks creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-market and launches:
    • End-to-end GTM for major platform initiatives, including GT-M Mediation, GT-RM Revenue Manager, vertical solutions, and enterprise monetization capabilities.
    • Launch strategy, market narratives, value propositions, target personas, timelines, ownership, and post-launch follow-up.
    • Coordination across Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and leadership.
  • Positioning, messaging, and content:
    • Positioning and messaging frameworks across products, solutions, industries, buyer personas, and partner programs.
    • Differentiated narratives for Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Billing Operations, and IT.
    • Website and digital product strategy, including product pages, solution architecture, SEO, answer-engine optimization, and generative-engine optimization.
    • Content strategy and editorial standards for blogs, solution briefs, case studies, white papers, newsletters, presentations, and executive communications.
    • Customer evidence: interviews, case studies, testimonials, and proof points.
  • Competitive intelligence and sales enablement:
    • Competitive positioning versus subscription-first, lightweight billing, and legacy enterprise platforms.
    • Battlecards, competitive briefs, objection-handling guides, comparison materials, and talking points.
    • Pitch decks, solution briefs, discovery guides, demo narratives, one-pagers, and persona-based messaging for CFOs, RevOps, Product, Billing Ops, and enterprise architects.
    • Sales training, launch briefings, and opportunity-specific messaging.
  • Partner and ecosystem marketing:
    • Product marketing for strategic partners including ServiceNow, Avalara, AWS, and other technology and consulting partners.
    • Joint value propositions, co-branded materials, integration messaging, partner enablement, co-selling, and marketplace support.
  • Market intelligence and leadership:
    • Customer, prospect, and stakeholder interviews to inform messaging, product strategy, and enablement.
    • Buyer personas and buying-committee frameworks.
    • Cross-functional program leadership, playbooks, templates, and governance.
    • Executive presentations, strategic narratives, and decision-ready recommendations.

Preferred Experience

  • Significant product marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, billing, fintech, revenue management, or other complex business platforms.
  • Demonstrated ownership of product launches and cross-functional GTM.
  • Experience positioning technically complex products for business and executive audiences.
  • Messaging for multiple personas and enterprise buying committees.
  • Sales enablement, competitive positioning, partner/joint GTM, and executive presentations.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfort working across technical, commercial, creative, and executive teams.
  • Ability to work from the Austin office 2–3 days per week.
