About the role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll help define and execute the strategy for marketing our Manage and Fulfill products along with the Conga Platform and the Conga Cloud. The messaging about Conga and our value proposition helps drive the success of our Sales and Renewals teams. This role involves crafting and executing messaging, content, and enablement to drive sales and customer success, including market segmentation, a deep understanding of customer needs across the buyers’ journeys, persona maintenance, compelling positioning and messaging content, partner programs, events, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a deep understanding of market needs, pain points, use cases, and business processes, including buyer personas, customer needs, and technology ecosystems.
  • Create positioning, messaging, and product proof points to enable the Sales organization to effectively deliver Conga’s value proposition.
  • Lead cross-functional partnerships to define a go-to-market (GTM) strategy that delivers results for stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Partner, and Customer Success teams.
  • Research new tactics, detect and track trends to anticipate market and customer needs, and improve content effectiveness.
  • Develop easily understood value propositions for different stakeholders in the buying process by deeply understanding product capabilities, differentiators, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Produce fresh and compelling content and marketing assets that engage senior IT and business decision-makers.
  • Manage cross-functional marketing initiatives to ensure they land on message, on time, and on budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space, marketing to business and IT decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of the CPQ and Billing industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and creative messaging.
  • Proactive and innovative approach to planning, with the ability to research and apply new tactics.
  • Resourceful and collaborative, with a track record of turning challenges into solutions using a variety of resources.

  • Deep product expertise and understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to influence and build partnerships through acknowledged expertise.
  • Experience in market segmentation, buyer personas, and customer journey mapping.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in creating sales enablement materials and partner programs.

Pay

U.S. base salary range for this full-time position: $89,460—$143,140 USD. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
