Responsibilities
- Owning product-marketing efforts of monday AI work platform, including: Lead PMM efforts from top-of-the-funnel presence up to sales support.
- Drive PMM excellence by ensuring deliverables are meaningful, useful, and creating business value.
- Develop compelling narratives, messaging, and value propositions to support positioning, launches, and adoption.
- Conduct research on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends, and implement insights in your work.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, define hypotheses and business cases, propose solutions, and execute quickly.
- Lead and create marketing and sales assets such as the product’s website, landing pages, campaign briefs, sales decks, battle cards and more.
- Develop strong relationships with GTM units, product management, marketing managers, and client-facing leaders to leverage opportunities, tackle challenges, and close deals.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing within AI, SaaS or tech companies.
- Skilled in both PLG and SLG strategies at scale.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, global organizations.
- Strong ability to think strategically while driving measurable results.
- Skilled at translating product features into compelling, customer-focused narratives.
- Fast, detail-oriented, and hands-on in execution.
- Proven success collaborating with global sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Strong executive presence with influence across all organizational levels.
- High ownership and accountability with a growth-oriented mindset.
