Senior Product Partnerships Manager (Remote within USA or Canada)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will own the strategy and execution of complex product partnerships that expand the company's offerings and create new avenues for growth. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and external partners to structure deals, manage relationships, and bring innovative partnership ideas to life. The position also plays a key role in shaping AI-enabled features and new distribution channels through thoughtful commercial and cross-functional leadership. Location: Remote within USA or Canada - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,267 annually Responsibilities Lead and drive complex product partnership strategies Identify and negotiate high-impact deals to enhance product offerings Create playbooks for innovative partnerships from the ground up Manage competing and complementary partner relationships effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, and Finance Identify growth opportunities for AI-related services and new distribution channels Shape the evolution of products based on partnerships Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships Expertise in leading complex product partnerships end-to-end Ability to manage commercial details independently, partnering with Legal and Finance Familiarity with the consumer internet or user-facing software sectors, especially in AI/LLM integration Experience handling a diverse portfolio of strategic partner relationships 2+ years of cross-functional leadership experience on partnership projects Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners Benefits Transparent compensation structure across the organization Paid parental leave and office setup support Co-working allowances available for team members Comprehensive health benefits for U.S. team members Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
