Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end portfolio of expansion partnerships, focusing on payroll vendors
  • Lead vendor selection processes and evaluate RFPs for fit with the company’s needs
  • Negotiate deals, balancing economics and strategic positioning for best outcomes
  • Promote the value of partnerships with the company to gain agreement

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of banking/payroll operations and strategic partnerships experience
  • Proven track record in end-to-end deal leadership, including contract negotiations
  • Familiarity with lending management systems
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills for cross-stakeholder interaction
  • Strong understanding of product infrastructure and customer outcomes
  • Technical proficiency to collaborate with engineering and compliance teams
