Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end portfolio of expansion partnerships, focusing on payroll vendors
- Lead vendor selection processes and evaluate RFPs for fit with the company’s needs
- Negotiate deals, balancing economics and strategic positioning for best outcomes
- Promote the value of partnerships with the company to gain agreement
- Maintain internal expertise on the payroll vendor ecosystem and knowledge base
- Proactively address partner incidents and integration issues with urgency

Qualifications
- 8+ years of banking/payroll operations and strategic partnerships experience
- Proven track record in end-to-end deal leadership, including contract negotiations
- Familiarity with lending management systems
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills for cross-stakeholder interaction
- Strong understanding of product infrastructure and customer outcomes
- Technical proficiency to collaborate with engineering and compliance teams
