Experience
- Experience working in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment
- Experience working in a GenAI tools for product management
- Background in delivering core banking, payments, or platform capabilities
- Comfort defining reusable platform services and APIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in product ownership, or product delivery roles
- Strong knowledge of the banking domain, preferably in digital banking or payments
- Solid technical understanding of APIs, data flows, schemas, and platform usability
- Experience writing features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- A high degree of organization, ownership, and accountability
- Ability to solve complex problems using a structured, analytical approach
