Senior Product Owner

The Senior Product Owner will shape digital products that improve healthcare experiences through strategic product ownership and Agile delivery. Key responsibilities include:

1. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities
2. Create, refine, and manage user stories based on business value and customer needs
3. Provide guidance, clarification, and decision-making support to development teams
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and ensure solutions meet operational and technical requirements
5. Manage product delivery timelines, scope, and priorities while balancing competing business needs and resources
6. Analyze complex business situations, evaluate potential solutions, and make recommendations that support product success
7. Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback, monitoring outcomes, and identifying opportunities to enhance product performance
8. Collaborate across multiple product areas, including healthcare operations, claims, benefits, networks, pricing, and related systems

Requirements include:

• Experience in product ownership, Agile methodologies, and technology-driven business solutions
• Strong ownership of product vision, roadmap execution, and continuous optimization of solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile delivery teams
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and make sound decisions with limited direction
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, operations, systems analysis, or related fields
• Experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing delivery based on business impact
• Experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy benefits, or enterprise systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
