Senior Product Owner

About the role

This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for a complex or multi-squad area
• Align sprint goals with strategic objectives for measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design for delivery excellence
• Coach junior Product Owners and enhance agile practices within the team

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Owner or in a related agile role
• Demonstrated success in leading complex initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Strong grasp of agile frameworks, metrics, and improvement methods
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication
• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees are a plus

Compensation: $117,582 – $176,374 annually
