Senior Product Owner -- 16770

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner / Experience Analyst to lead product delivery within an Agile environment. This hybrid role combines product ownership, delivery leadership, and user experience collaboration, requiring a candidate who can effectively bridge business, technology, and design.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with business goals and maintained at least two sprints ahead
• Define and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient development and testing
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product demonstrations
• Drive product roadmap development and release planning to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, QA, and UX/UI designers
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues, risks, and escalations
• Champion and coach Agile and Scrum best practices across teams
• Take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements

Proven experience in Product Ownership within Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe)

Strong backlog management and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivery outcomes

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and workflow management

Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

Demonstrated ability to lead delivery, not just define requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mortgage or real estate lending domains
• Familiarity with Pega platforms
• Understanding of .NET or web-based application development
• Exposure to QA/testing processes and methodologies
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience
