Senior Product Owner – Contact Management (CRM – Salesforce)
About the role
Project: Creation of a person record in CRM – They have been integrating with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to create a unified CRM layer. This integration includes client data, account data, and account participant/relationship data.
Responsibilities
- Actively works with the business owner(s) to prioritize the product backlog and leads detailed planning and executing on product roadmap
- Participates in all related meetings, including daily SCRUM calls, and provides direction and feedback based on direction and input from the business owner
- Translates business vision and high-level User Narratives into detailed User Stories for UX and Dev teams
- Works with business owners to clarify requirements
- Raise requirement issues/risks to product manager for resolution
- Bridges decisions to be made to Business Leaders outside of review meetings
- Is available to the team to provide guidance and feedback
- Documents Use Cases and Process Flows as needed to frame solutions for UX and Dev teams
- Collaborates with other stakeholders as needed and represents stakeholders' vision & requirements to the technology team (overriding design decisions, inclusion in cross-functional processes, etc.)
- Works with business owner to define and document product acceptance criteria
Requirements
- Experience with business and technology project management
- Strong communication skills communicating detailed and summarized information to executives
- Able to come up to speed quickly, self-starter/motivated, flexible
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong time management and organization skills
Qualifications
- User stories, Product roadmap, Requirement gathering, Jira, Product backlog, Agile, ui/ux
- CRM experience, ideally with Salesforce, but open to other CRM systems
- Experience working with software engineering teams, driving both the UI and UX
- 50/50 blend of technical and business – they do not want a solely technical PO
- Financial services preferred

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $78.00/hr.
