We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to support a client in the clinical/healthcare domain. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, clinical subject matter experts, UX/design teams, and Agile development teams to drive the development of a user-facing front-end application.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and backlog.
- Drive requirements and delivery for a front-end application, with a strong focus on user experience and business workflows.
- Translate business and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning, reviews, UAT, and release planning.
- Prioritize features based on business value, user needs, risk, dependencies, and effort.
- Work with technical teams on integration of front-end experiences with backend services, APIs, data platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Track product KPIs, user feedback, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, or similar role delivering software products.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and product backlog management.
- Experience defining requirements for web-based or user-facing applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience in clinical, healthcare, life sciences, or health tech (preferred).
- Exposure to projects involving AI/ML-enabled application development, including defining AI-driven use cases and product requirements (preferred).
- Experience delivering front-end applications and collaborating with UX/UI and development teams (preferred).
- Understanding of APIs, backend integrations, and data-driven applications (preferred).
- Knowledge of clinical workflows, EHR/EMR, patient data, HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, or healthcare interoperability (preferred).
- Experience in other regulated or data-intensive industries (preferred).
- CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or related certification (preferred).

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $80,600.00 – $188,100.00.
Schedule
This position is located on-site in Lafayette, LA (preferred) but can also work from any CGI office in a hybrid working model.
