Senior Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive planning readiness and strengthen cross-functional alignment
• Enhance roadmap execution visibility and accountability
• Facilitate coordination and dependency management across teams
• Lead operational aspects of complex cross-functional projects
• Improve Product Development processes and operating rhythms
• Promote adoption of best practices for planning and execution
• Build insightful reporting dashboards on execution and outcomes
• Identify and address operational friction and planning gaps

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Operations or related fields in a SaaS/technology environment
• Proven track record of managing roadmap planning for large teams
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex initiatives across teams
• Experience designing scalable operational processes
• Fluent in tools like Linear and Jira, with a grasp of engineering metrics
• Strong analytical skills linking data to actionable insights
• Excellent communication with the ability to influence stakeholders

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
