Responsibilities
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Synopsys' broad Semiconductor IP portfolio, including positioning, messaging, product launches and sales enablement.
- Create and execute product launch plans, defining target audiences, messaging, content strategy and sales enablement materials.
- Produce high-quality customer-facing content including product briefs, solution overviews, sales presentations, battle cards, competitive positioning, blogs, white papers and technical collateral.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Field Marketing and Campaign teams to ensure messaging remains consistent across all customer touchpoints.
- Support customer meetings, executive briefings, conferences and industry events, bringing customer feedback into future product positioning and messaging.
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive activity and emerging technologies across Semiconductor IP, AI, data centers, consumer, mobile, automotive, IoT and hardware security to strengthen Synopsys' market position.
- Help sales teams communicate the value of Synopsys IP solutions through practical, customer-focused enablement materials.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing or Solutions Marketing within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, chip design workflows, silicon development or Semiconductor IP.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical audiences including chip designers, architects and engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience developing go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging and product launch plans.
- Experience creating customer-facing content including product briefs, sales presentations, battle cards, white papers and competitive positioning materials.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience within Semiconductor IP, EDA, hardware security or Security IP is highly desirable.
- Exposure to AI, data centers, consumer, mobile, automotive, IoT or advanced computing markets is advantageous.
- You understand how chip designers think and can communicate using language that resonates with technical audiences.
- You enjoy translating complex engineering concepts into compelling customer messaging.
- You thrive in highly collaborative environments and work effectively across Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Marketing.
- You can manage multiple product launches and marketing initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality.
- You're proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership from concept through execution.
- You focus on delivering practical marketing assets that sales teams genuinely use.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Product Marketing or related fields are a plus.
