About the role
Rippling is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take our ambitious roadmap to market. We are looking for someone who is product-minded and eager to learn the go-to-market components they might not have led before.
Responsibilities
- Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for the full IT product surface — sharpening the story against the buyer, the competitor, and what's changing in the AI era
- Run launches end-to-end, from beta through GA through scaling motion: launch plans, assets, enablement, and the post-launch feedback loop back into product and strategy
- Build the sales enablement that moves deals — decks, battlecards, demo narratives, objection handling, and the training that gets the field fluent fast
- Partner with growth, content, field, and events to make sure the message lands in-market — and stays consistent across every touch
- Write. A lot. Launch posts, customer stories, briefs, internal narratives, and the sharp content that compounds
- Lead by example as an AI-native marketer. We expect you to be building your workflow around agents — research, drafting, competitive analysis, asset production — and bringing those skills into the team
Requirements
- Experience working with technical products – could be as a PM, TPM, Sales Engineer – we want to see that you have lived and breathed a product
- Strong strategic instincts, segmentation, competitive analysis, message hierarchy, launch thesis — we want you to be opinionated and proactive, this is not just about executing on a plan
- Comfort talking about technical products. That could be IT, infrastructure, identity, compliance, security. You can relate to IT admins, CIOs, or CISOs and credibly speak their language
- Outstanding writing and deck-building. You can take a fuzzy product idea and turn it into a sharp narrative without a lot of revisions
- A bias to ship. You move quickly, own the work end-to-end, and set the pace and urgency for launches
- A working point of view on AI in marketing — what you're using daily, where it works, where it doesn't
