Senior Product Marketing Manager, IT
About the role
Rippling is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, messaging, and narrative for our IT products. This role involves running launches end-to-end, building sales enablement materials, and ensuring the message lands in-market. The ideal candidate should have experience with technical products and strong strategic instincts.
Responsibilities
- Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for the full IT product surface
- Run launches end-to-end, from beta through GA through scaling motion
- Build the sales enablement that moves deals
- Partner with growth, content, field, and events to make sure the message lands in-market
- Write. A lot. Launch posts, customer stories, briefs, internal narratives, and the sharp content that compounds
- Lead by example as an AI-native marketer
Requirements
- Experience working with technical products – could be as a PM, TPM, Sales Engineer
- Strong strategic instincts, including segmentation, competitive analysis, message hierarchy, launch thesis
- Comfort talking about technical products
- Outstanding writing and deck-building
- A bias to ship
- A working point of view on AI in marketing
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with product marketing tools and methodologies
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and related technologies

Pay
The pay range for this role is:
- San Francisco Office: 170,000 - 213,000 USD per year
- New York Office: 170,000 - 213,000 USD per year
- Austin Office: 153,000 - 191,000 USD per year
- Seattle Office: 153,000 - 191,000 USD per year
