Senior Product Marketing Manager, Command by Asana
About the role
This strategic, high-growth role is focused on rapidly scaling products from initial traction to mass adoption. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy and commercial execution, working with Product to launch new features, arming Sales with the tools to win deals, and collaborating with partners to generate market momentum.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with the Integrated Campaigns team to drive measurable business results.
- Develop and maintain messaging and positioning that articulates how new applications serve enterprise needs and solve complex problems for technical personas.
- Drive high-impact product launches that generate market momentum, ranging from flagship releases to incremental feature updates.
- Equip Sales and Success teams to win by creating high-quality enablement materials, including battlecards, pitch decks, and customer stories.
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure product-market fit and roadmap alignment.
- Analyze performance data and customer feedback to refine positioning and proactively identify new growth opportunities.
About you
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B tech space (SaaS experience preferred).
- Technical Depth: You understand how software is built, feel comfortable engaging with developers and engineering leaders, and can translate technical capabilities into value-based stories.
- Strategic Growth Mindset: Proven track record of scaling products from "1 to 10" and "10 to 100," with a deep understanding of both PLG and SLG motions.
- Product Intuition: You are naturally inclined to explore new tools, identify what’s possible, and thrive on distilling complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
- Collaborative Leader: Strong experience partnering with Product teams to align roadmaps with market needs and customer pain points.
- AI & Tech Curiosity: Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
What we’ll offer
- Comprehensive compensation package reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role.
- The estimated base salary range is between $180,000 - $207,000, with the actual base salary varying based on various factors including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
- In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
