The Direct Platform business is one of the largest, with a large user base ripe for growth. This role involves leading the go-to-market strategy for AI Solutions and Direct Web Services.
Responsibilities
- Develop positioning, messaging, objection handling, content, and sales tools that reflect key client segments and personas.
- Reach each segment with the right value proposition to help qualify and differentiate offers.
- Conduct data-driven initiatives to inform product marketing strategy, project prioritization, and persona-based assets.
- Partner with client-facing teams and subject-matter experts to ensure client feedback, investment insights, and responses to sales objections are integrated into marketing materials.
- Craft and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases, including positioning, content development, and resources for client-facing teams.
- Collaborate with third-party partners and vendors to plan and implement co-marketing strategies and activities.
- Create revenue-generating sales plays to support pipeline building and revenue generation.
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns and campaign resources.
- Partner with corporate and product marketing teams to leverage and extend thought leadership, research, and brand campaigns.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in product marketing or management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Operational ability to perform at various levels of the business and build relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong writing and communication skills that bring the customer’s voice to all marketing deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and position AI-powered products, with a working understanding of how AI and data-driven insights create customer value.
- Comfort collaborating with product, data, and research teams to translate AI capabilities into clear, outcome-oriented messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Compensation And Benefits
- Total Cash Compensation Range: $95,275.00 - $139,741.66 (Inclusive of annual base salary and target incentive).
