About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Workspace Product Division, where you will own a product area end-to-end—from discovery and roadmap prioritization to specs and delivery—for enterprise workflows in real estate transactions, lease analysis, portfolio management, or facilities operations.

You’ll navigate platform modernization constraints, making sharp trade-off calls between reducing legacy debt and delivering new value while preserving the data models and business rules that make the product a system of record. Through continuous discovery—interviews, data analysis, and competitive checks—you’ll translate findings into prioritized roadmap decisions grounded in evidence.

In an AI-assisted development process, you’ll write clear, well-scoped product specs, leveraging AI tools while owning the judgment, prioritization, and product decisions. You’ll drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success, making and communicating scope, sequencing, and trade-off decisions.

Your work will connect product decisions to business outcomes like retention, expansion, and annual recurring revenue, articulating why roadmap choices matter to the business, not just the user. You’ll also engage directly with enterprise stakeholders—VP- and Director-level customers managing tens of billions in real estate spend—to validate priorities and maintain ongoing relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, roadmap, prioritization, specs, and delivery for enterprise workflows in real estate transactions, lease analysis, portfolio management, or facilities operations.
  • Navigate platform modernization constraints, balancing legacy debt reduction with new value creation while preserving data models and business rules.
  • Run continuous discovery with enterprise customers through interviews, data analysis, and competitive checks, translating findings into prioritized roadmap decisions.
  • Write clear, well-scoped product specs in an AI-assisted development process, owning judgment, prioritization, and product decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success, making and communicating scope, sequencing, and trade-off decisions.
  • Connect product work to business outcomes such as retention, expansion, and annual recurring revenue.
  • Engage directly with enterprise stakeholders (VP- and Director-level customers) to validate priorities and maintain ongoing relationships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment; workspace analytics experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to partner with Engineering without translation—reads data models, evaluates technical trade-offs, and writes specs with precision for confident execution.
  • Track record of running discovery as a discipline: maintains a customer interview cadence, synthesizes findings into roadmap decisions, and demonstrates traceable impact on product development.
  • Experience with complex enterprise workflows—multi-step, data-dense, multi-persona systems where operational consequences are real. Real estate, facilities, lease administration, or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains preferred.
  • Operates in an AI-native workflow—uses AI tools as a core part of how they work (synthesis, research, spec writing) and brings a point of view on AI-assisted product practice.
  • Strong prioritization instinct: makes sharp trade-off calls between legacy debt reduction and new value creation within a platform modernization context.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with finite timelines and resource constraints, understanding how roadmap decisions connect to retention, expansion, and company value.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field—or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation that recognizes and rewards your contributions.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • AI learning resources and employee recognition platforms.
  • Flexible work environment: remote-first company with employees across the US and Canada.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture where diverse perspectives are valued, teamwork is encouraged, and everyone has a voice.
