Senior Product Manager, US Furniture
About the role
The Furniture team is looking for a smart, analytical, and driven Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of our CX. This role offers a unique combination of owning strategic parts of the Furniture P&L while also driving large, high visibility projects across the full Furniture category. You will drive category insights to inform strategic direction and investment areas to best serve our customers across both Retail and 3P, while also being the primary point of contact for the US 3P org within Retail.
Key responsibilities
- Category ownership and strategy: Work closely with Leadership on planning and business strategy, drive best-in-class customer experience and maximize unit and GMS growth through timely analysis and action.
- Cross functional collaboration: Own relationships spanning MFN, US 3P, tech teams, and Retail to deliver a best-in-class CX for Furniture customers.
- Product management: Define, drive implementation, and scale features to create a best-in-class CX for Furniture customers.
- Collaborate with the 3rd party marketplace organization to scale initiatives across the fast growing 3P business.
- Engage with tech teams to enhance customer trust and drive conversion.
- Dive deep into operations to enhance our speed to customers.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop our long-term strategic plan.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
Pay
Base salary range: $136,000.00 - $184,100.00 USD annually (USA, WA, Seattle). Package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
