Senior Product Manager - Technical, Amazon Elastic Block Store (EBS)
About the role
AWS Elastic Block Store (EBS) is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the vision and development of block storage services. This role involves defining new features and solutions for EBS customers, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of large-scale, customer-facing features.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside engineers and leaders to develop and operate one of the largest distributed systems in the world.
- Own several critical customer-facing features, including calls with large enterprise customers to gather insights for feature enhancements.
- Collaborate with product marketing and business development on go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze user feedback and prepare PR/FAQs for key use case expansions.
- Prepare for strategy meetings with the VP to discuss growth strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience.
- Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent.
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market).
- 2+ years of Storage industry experience (preferred).
Qualifications
- MBA (preferred).

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $152,200.00 - $205,900.00 USD annually.
