About the role

The Core Selling Partner Experience (CSPE) team builds world-class experiences to help Selling Partners across the world bring great selection at low prices for our shopping customers.

Responsibilities

Key job responsibilities include understanding Selling Partner and Developer needs, defining clear project plans, and executing to high expectations in a fast-paced environment. You will interact directly with external Developers about their experience with our public APIs, define a data-driven product vision, develop business cases and requirements, and prioritize competing opportunities. You will partner with other functional teams to identify and influence development of new products and services, and interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product, and contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight, and experience in building and driving adoption of new tools. Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity is also preferred.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 USD annually, depending on location. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
