Senior Product Manager - Sequoia

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for a high-priority initiative
• Collaborate with multiple departments to understand and clarify complex business problems
• Develop detailed product requirements and documentation for engineering teams
• Make timely product decisions to navigate ambiguity and clarify tradeoffs
• Support engineering teams during implementation and resolve edge cases
• Collaborate with AI engineers to define evaluation frameworks and experimentation strategies
• Use both qualitative and quantitative data to identify and prioritize opportunities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or technology product management experience
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable requirements
• Experience writing high-quality PRDs and user stories for engineering teams
• Strong data fluency and experience using quantitative evidence to measure impact
• Experience with AI product development and iterative quality improvement practices
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage across technical and executive audiences
• Capability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority

Pay

$129,300 – $172,300 annually
