Senior Product Manager - San Francisco

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager for a fast-growing, venture-backed fintech startup in San Francisco. You’ll own a meaningful piece of a financial product from strategy through launch, work shoulder to shoulder with engineers and company leadership, and see your decisions reach customers quickly.Experience in SaaS, working directly with product design and engineering, is a must.Location: On-site, 5 days a week in San FranciscoCompensation: $180K - 210K base, plus equity. Some flexibility for exceptional candidates.Visa transfers are considered; you must be located in the US What you’ll doOwn the roadmap, metrics and outcomes for a defined product area, not just ship featuresSequence and defend priorities within the direction set by product leadershipWork with engineers daily, including debating technical tradeoffsTalk to customers regularly and turn their feedback into a plan you stand behindPartner with sales and leadership to unblock high-value customers and dealsUse AI-native tools to prototype, move fast and shape the user experience What we’re looking for4-7 years of product management experience, ideally at a startup or growth-stage companyBackground in fintech, banking, payments, accounting or finance software, or AI-driven productsStrong product judgment, and strong design sensibility for complex workflowsTechnical fluency and comfort working with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Replit) and modern product tools like Figma, Linear and NotionA high-agency, first-principles mindset: you thrive with ambiguity and take full ownershipExcellent communication with customers, engineers and executives Nice to haveExperience with accounting, AP/AR or ERP integrations (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Sage)Experience with conversational, voice or agentic AI productsExperience mentoring other PMs Rather than having you apply to multiple individual listings, this application serves as a single entry point for any relevant active role in our pipeline.
