The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of innovative healthcare analytics products and business intelligence solutions. This position ensures that data-driven insights support strategic decision-making across the care continuum. The role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to align product strategies with organizational goals, enhance client reporting, and drive value through advanced analytics tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of healthcare analytics products
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure product alignment
• Lead product development within an agile framework
• Serve as the primary liaison between product teams and business partners
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Address product-related issues and coordinate solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or Health Administration, Public Health, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, or platform development
• At least 5 years of experience with analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, or Power BI

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in related disciplines
• 5 years experience working with healthcare data and operations
• Knowledge of industry frameworks relevant to the healthcare domain

Pay

Salary ranges vary by location, with minimum and maximum hourly rates provided for specific states and cities. Placement on the wage range will depend on relevant experience and factors. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
